Looking forward to seeing you all again, with a ‘gusto’ attitude and winning smiles! Remember to have your stationery and togs ready to go for the first week back. We welcome our new students and their families to our community…Luke Andrews, Andrena Read, Charlotte Dyer, Matthew Dyer and Anthony Teh.Our syndicate newsletter comes out at the end of the first week which will check us into going forward, further, faster and more fabulously into 2012.
HOME LEARNING
We will be focusing on routines, researching and completion of tasks in the first few weeks as we set goals, by reflecting and thinking about our assessment results.
Please let me know if your child does not have access to broadband/computer technology at home.
We will be using digital technology in our class to teach our children how to create, apply, research, practise and think. I will be asking children what media they are already using in our digital world, to ascertain program use and also co-ordinate planning / assessment with Techn Arts team at Cambridge Middle School. All social networking is expected to happen at home.
